Before Rihanna stepped out in NYC for a night out with friends, the 28-year-old shared several pics of her new dreads on Instagram. Later wearing her dreadlocks pulled up into a ponytail, Rihanna paired her new hairstyle with leather pants, an oversized t-shirt and a black leather jacket.
In the close-up picture she shared with her fans on Instagram, Rihanna posted a makeup-free selfie that showed off her dreadlock extensions. Not only did the pic give us a detailed look at her hair, but it also confirmed just how stunning Rihanna is with her flawless complexion.

When she first revealed that her waist-length extensions had been styled into dreadlocks, Rihanna posted the below black and white pic making a reference to Bob Marley with her simple caption. But Us Weekly is reporting that the new style is actually for her role in the upcoming film,Ocean’s 8.
