Breaking News - All Catholic Schools declare the Academic year blank in West Cameroon

After CRTV announced that teachers have called off the strike this action seems to have provoked Catholic institutions in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon.

The Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda – In short all Catholic Schools West of the Mungo suspends all teaching staff: Officially closes its schools for the rest of the year. Teachers were told Friday in a meeting. Mark Bareta writes

Meanwhile on the instructions of the Bishop of Mamfe, the Education Secretary for Mamfe Diocese has stopped the announcement for resumption of schools in his Diocese. That of Kumba and Buea says schools cannot resume.
