But after this state visit, Paul Biya, his wife Chantal Biya and their children, went to visit the Pope in the Vatican on Thursday 23 March. In principle, the President of the Republic and his official sequel were to return to Yaounde yesterday, Friday, March 24, 2017. But where’s he?
According to our sources, only the members of the government who were in the official suite returned to Cameroon while the presidential family took over the leadership of another European country. We talk about Switzerland where Geneva is located, Paul Biya’s favorite retirement town.

His last stay in this city in October 2016 was seriously disrupted by activists members of the diaspora’s citizens’ organizations, opposed to Paul Biya’s thirty-year-old regime.
