Minister Mama Fouda Inaugurates Samuel Eto'o Fils 700 000 000 F CFA Worth Ward At The Douala Laquintinie Hospital. Photos

As reported this morning, the Minister of Public Health Andre Mama Fouda this day Monday 8th May 2017 inaugurated the Samuel Eto'o Fils ward called in French 'PAVILION SAMUEL ETO'O FILS' at the Douala Laquintinie hospital.

The Minister was accompanied by the International striker Samuel Eto'o himself, his delectable wife Georgette, dignitaries of the Economic capital, traditional authorities of the Littoral Region, and a more than 200 man population made up of fans and well wishers, who came to watch and applaud the good deeds of their heartthrob Samuel Eto'o Fils.

The 100 square meter building situated at the far end of the Laquintinie hospital is equipped with sophisticated hospital beds, delivery tables, obstetrical equipment, Pediatric equipment and sophisticated reanimation equipment.

The complete project evaluated at 700 000 000 F CFA(Seven Hundred Million Francs) construction and equipping inclusive, is a fulfilled promise by Eto'o, after the sad Monique Koumateke incident that shock the nation and the health sector in the country.

This gift from Eto'o has been received with open hearts, and appreciation, as it comes right on time to fill the worried gap of the population, and it will go a long way to reduce maternal death and the infant mortality rate.
