He Promises to Revitalize the Economy and Implement a Veritable Decentralized System of Governance. He also Reveals how Cameroon Oil Resources are being looted by his fathers closest entourage … Story on how he embarrassed CPDM officials in Kumba also contained in this report.

The eldest son of President Biya by name Georges Gilbert Baongla, public declares his intentions to run as President of the republic in the 2018 presidential elections. It is not clear, if this declarations have received the blessings of his father President Biya, who have been single handedly ruling Cameroon for the past 35 years. He has always been at loggerheads with his half brother, Frank Biya, who the former had openly accused him of rubbing Biya’s name in the mud while Frank Biya was not a biological son of President Biya.

Although over the years, President Biya has never accepted or refused the claim Georges Gilbert Baongla is his son or not and have never made any public statement on his claims over many radio and TV stations in the nations capital Yaounde. He had created his own party called the REPUBLICAN PARTY. We do not know if he will be running under the banner of the Republican Party or as an Independent candidate or if his father will give him an opportunity to be a CPDM candidate, in order to ensure his family’s continuity at the helm of state affairs like other African leaders have done(case of Gabon and Togo)
Breaking News -- Shockingly Surprising Pres. Paul Biya’s Son
The President’s child, promises to carryout radical economic reforms and also institute a veritable decentralized system of government as opposed to his father who woships centralization and have succeeded over the years to accumulate all powers in a completely an African Presidentialist system being practiced in Cameroon where he principally rules by decree.

This gentleman in his fifties what to democratically succeed his father in Etoudi. It is worth noting that his biological father Paul Biya (born Paul Barthélemy Biya’a bi Mvondo, 13 February 1933) is a Cameroonian politician who has been the President of Cameroon since 6 November 1982.

A native of Cameroon’s south, Biya rose rapidly as a bureaucrat under President Ahmadou Ahidjo in the 1960s, serving as Secretary-General of the Presidency from 1968 to 1975 and then as Prime Minister of Cameroon from 1975 to 1982. He succeeded Ahidjo as President upon the latter’s surprise resignation in 1982 and consolidated power in a 1983–1984 power struggle with his predecessor.

Biya introduced political reforms within the context of a one-party system in the 1980s. Under pressure, he accepted the introduction of multiparty politics in the early 1990s. He narrowly won the 1992 presidential election with 40% of the plural, single-ballot vote and was re-elected by large margins in 1997, 2004, and 2011. Opposition politicians and Western governments have alleged voting irregularities and fraud on each of these occasions.

Biya has maintained Cameroon’s close relationship with France, Cameroon’s former colonial ruler.

SONARA LOOTED WITH IMPUNITY BY GOVERNMENT DIGNITARIES: Paul Biya’s first son Georges Gilbert Baongla (who is rumored to laying the ground work to run as an Independent Candidate and replace his father as President of Cameroon in 2018) rubbishes Government Ministers, Parliamentarians and other senior CPDM militants for milking SONARA (in Milliards) for their selfish interests. He claims (with supporting documentation to justify his assertions that the Cameroon Pipeline is exposed to hazardous conditions like an attack from Terrorists (for example) because it is guarded by a small inconsequential “Fly by Night” Security company (that does not even have batons to chase away a fly) owned by a Government Minister. He says Biya’s own Beti brothers are not left out in his “Tell All” outburst. He further claims that in that armada of high crimes against the State are the President of National Assembly, Ministers, other Hausa and Bamileke regime dignitaries. He calls it “Organized Mafia of a dimension not even seen in movies” around SNH, SONARA, SCDP and all others involved in the Petroleum sector including the very lucrative Transportation and sub-contracting SONARA deals that his father (the current President) knows absolutely nothing about. He further states that, Cameroonians simply become pawns in a web of intrigue and scheming not knowing exactly what is going on around them while thieves come in, sign deals and fatten their bank accounts in millions of dollars.

Many pundits wondered what the President child stood to gain from this, but it is already very clear….it was meant to boost his his 2018 Presidential bid, by exposing these humongous theft by many government officials but it takes some amount of guts and courage to do so in front of a National Television. He even ended by challenging those he accused with “Ils ne peuvent rien me faire. J’ai des documents accablants en mains. Je ne parle pas en tant que fils du President. Je suis un citoyen a part entiere et je ne peux pas laisser qu’on lynche mon pere alors qu’il ne maitrisse pas les contours de cette mafia dangereuse”. No more no less. That is ” they can do nothing to me. I have very compromising documents in my hands. I am not talking as the son of the President, I am a good citizen and cannot allow that they these dangerous men should lynch my father with their crooked mafia network”.

CPDM Militants Scramble For Audience With Biya’s ‘Son’

It is worth nothing that earlier on it was reported.

Militants of the ruling Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement, CPDM, in Kumba recently scrambled for audience Georges Gilbert Baongla, who claims to be President Paul Biya’s son, when he paid a visit to Kumba.

The CPDM militants, amongst whom were Section Presidents and other Executive Bureau members, civil servants, principals of schools, hospital directors, were noticed in a long queue in a renowned hotel in which Georges Gilbert Baongla was lodging.

We gathered that most of these power-hungry CPDM militants, who sneaked into the hotel after learning of Georges Gilbert Baongla visit, were not aware that he came to sensitise the population about his political party known as the Republican Party. Most of the CPDM militants were shocked during a press conference when Georges Gilbert Baongla talked more about his political party rather than the CPDM.

Another worrying aspect was the humiliation and stress the CPDM loyalists had to undergo in order to see the leader of the Republican Party. They were thoroughly searched at the Hotel gate by uniformed and non-uniformed security men before they could get in to wait for more than three hours. It was not only a torment to CPDM militants who thought that Baongla was a CPDM official, but the Meme administration, forces of law and order found themselves at cross roads confused as to whether to prevent the audiences or allow it.

Though security officials mounted a heavy gang at the hotel, it was still not comfortable for the administration as they wondered what the Head of State’s “son” had for the public.

Even at the time of this reporter’s departure, the Divisional Officer for Kumba I, First Assistant SDO for Meme and hosts of security officials were waiting at the hotel conference room just to insure the security of the guests.

A CPDM bigwig, who asked named, told this reporter after his audience with Georges Gilbert Baongla, that he regretted his action, adding that he was not aware Georges Gilbert Baongla had his own political party.
