Demands Must Be Reasonable And Approach The Legal System If You Have Issues: Kofi Annan Tells Chamisa

Chairman of The Elders, former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan advised opposition leader Nelson Chamisa to make reasonable demands which can be fulfilled. 

Annan also urged the opposition not to incite people and to approach the courts over its grievances. Responding to questions from journalists, without naming Chamisa by name, Annan said,

There are demands and there will be demands. What is important is that we all play by the rules and make reasonable demands. If we make demands that cannot be fulfilled we are complicating the process.
…We should be careful what we say because the idea is not to incite. You never know what will happen. If there are any problems those aggrieved should use existing legal means to have them resolved.
