Cameroon News - Yondo Black Give Paul Biya A Sober Warning!

On the eve of the announcement of the results of the presidential election of October 7, the former president of the Cameroon Bar Association asked the outgoing president to respect the choice of his people.

The famous Cameroonian lawyer who considers himself "Father of Cameroonian democracy" for having fought hard in the early 90-91, was not fond of outgoing President Paul Biya.

"For days, time has suspended its flight, during the post-election litigation ... and this, following a thrilling and unprecedented election campaign that allowed the Cameroonians to reconnect with the political thing they had just to reclaim with great happiness, " he introduced.

According to Mr. Yondo Black, "when an 86-year-old man, of whom 36 years of undisputed reign and 50 years of high-ranking state, solicits the votes of his people, addresses him for seven (07) minutes. on the fifteen (15) days that the campaign lasts, what should we think about it - contempt, laziness, condescension, or the three at the same time - perhaps he has nothing left to give if that he has given something that history can retain " .
The former president also returned to what he calls, an "ethnicisassion" of Cameroon, which is characterized by the appointment to strategic positions of the state, executives from the same ethnic community as the head of the State: the "Beti" (Editor's note, the Beti are a Central African people present in Cameroon and Gabon, including Eton (or Ìtón), Kóló (wrongly called Ewondo), Bulu, Manguissa, Etenga and the Mvele).

That's why, he advises, to the president Paul Biya, "you have to know how to leave things before things leave you" .
