Nigerian Separatist Leader Goes The Ambazonian Way - Calls For 2019 Election Boycott In Biafra Regions

Nnamdi Kanu, Nigerian pro-independence leader of the Biafra Republic whom had gone missing for over a year now after his home was raided by the Nigerian arm forces, has called on the IPOB people of Biafra, to boycott the upcoming 2019 Nigerian Presidential election.

He stated that “The IPOB will free Biafra and we will not take part in any election until we have a referendum, it is not negotiable, and we will achieve it by any means.”

According to Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB people will not vote and anybody who tries to carry out campaigns in the region will face justices from the IPOB leaders. His action has been seen as copying the footsteps of the Cameroon Anglophone separatists known as the Ambazonians who fought hard to disrupt Cameroon 2018 Presidential election in their region.

The IPOB leader pointed out that he is in Israel and will be returning home to continue with his quest for freedom of the IPOB people.

It is unclear how he managed to had escaped from Nigeria on 14 September 2017 after he was kept under house arrest.

Nnamdi Kanu, seems to be following the footstep of Ambazonians who too are trying to secure their independence from La Republic du Cameroon known in English as the Republic of Cameroon, Cameroon situation has turn into an arm conflict.
